CRISTA’s success as an organization is dependent upon who we hire. We are looking for people who are committed to loving God and serving people to join our team. Who Can Make a Referral? 

You can refer a candidate to any position so long as you are not involved in the hiring process for that position in any way.

How do I refer someone?

All referrals will be managed through Jobvite:

• Your referrals would need to complete their application, indicate they were referred by a CRISTA employee, and list your name in the “Referred By” field
• Alternatively: You can log onto Jobvite and click on the “Jobvites” tab
• Share jobs with your network by selecting “+Send Jobvite” at the top right corner of the page
  • If someone uses the link you share or send, your name will automattically be included as the “referred by” person!

What types of jobs are eligible for the monetary referral bonus?

All open CRISTA jobs are currently offering a referral bonus!

Who can be referred?

A candidate will be considered a referral if they are a new employee (ie: the candidate is not currently employed by CRISTA Ministries in any capacity, including as a temporary, on-call or intern position)

How do I qualify to receive the monetary referral bonus?

If the individual you referred is hired for a position offering a referral bonus, you will be eligible to receive the bonus so long as:

• The candidate indicated your name as their “referred by” person on their Jobvite application
• The new employee completes 90 days of service at CRISTA Ministries
• You are still employed at CRISTA after the new employee completes 90 days of service

The bonus is a taxable payment. Limit of 3 bonuses per year per employee.
